Mostly my corporate clients or brides who want non-stop photojournalism of the day, from breakfast with their bridesmaids at the salon to the bride and groom leaving at the airport that evening.

Weddings, Receptions, Graduations, First Communion, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs or other large events usually take 4-10 hours. Please read the contract terms and remember that a date is not held until the contract is signed and the deposit has been paid.
In order to hold your date for portraits or events a deposit of 1/2 of the total is due prior to the session date. I suggest waiting no less than 90 days prior to a date, especially in the spring and summer dates. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to the date. In the event that the client cancels, all fees paid are non-refundable. It shall be liquidated damages to Studio 3.L in the event of a breach of contract by client.

$1 per mile for travel time for events more than 30 minutes from downtown Louisville. Travel over 3 hours will require an overnight stay and a minimum of $300 in traveling fees.
