Wedding Pricing can run as little as $750 or as much as $2000, it's up to you. 90% of my weddings run $750.

For the creative couple who likes to do things for themselves. My clients who choose this package are usually creative and technologically savvy.

Package #4 pricing starts at $1500, The Day Rate.
This is pretty much my day rate. You get coverage from whatever time you want to start and end. Who might want this kind of coverage you ask? Mostly my corporate clients or brides who want non-stop photojournalism of the day, from breakfast with their bridesmaids at the hotel to the bride and groom leaving at the airport that evening.

~ Extra DisksAdditional albums will run $75-125 depending on the size of the book ~ Web Page Design...includes unique Domain name (example...www.Traci_and_Jeff.net) and hosting with e-mail options for 12 months.
~ Custom Collages run $25 each
Other large event pricing is $125 per hour or portion of an hour.
Contracted hourly rate includes, at no additional charge...A photographers copyright release so that you can develop the pictures you want in the quantity that you want.
Portrait pricing is $125 per hour or portion of an hour.
* Personal, Family, and Senior Portraits usually take 1-2 hours.

* Weddings, Receptions, Graduations, First Communion, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs or other large events usually take 4-10 hours. Please read the contract terms and remember that a date is not held until the contract is signed and the deposit has been paid.
In order to hold your date for portraits or events a deposit of 1/2 of the total is due prior to the session date. I suggest waiting no less than 90 days prior to a date, especially in the spring and summer dates. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to the date. In the event that the client cancels, all fees paid paid are non-refundable. It shall be liquidated damages to Kathleen Baker Photography in the event of a breach of contract by client.

"Fairy" treatment of pictures runs $50 for an 8x10 with 1 subject each additional subject will be an additional $15 per person. Digital negatives are yours to re-print as you choose.
$25 per hour for travel time for events more than 30 minutes from downtown Louisville
Artistic or Additional enhancement of pictures will run the $50 per hour rate
*Image preparation for print and basic enhancement included in this fee
